17 days with l Association Pure Terre, in the Jangxi province, the home town of porcelain since the Song dynasty. Working with porcelain in the Pottery Workshop under close supervision of local experts: moldings, cobalt blue decoration techniques (Qingua), engraving, overglaze decorating, brush making, etc. Numerous Studio and museum visits in surrounding towns and cities.

3 days Workshop at the Fondation Bruckner. Learning to make multi-piece moulds for liquid clay with Maude Schneider.

8 days in Tuscany with Mera Funghi et Luca Tripaldi. Naked raku, numerous smoke firing techniques, incl. Bucchero, historically used by the Etruscans. Use of terra sigilata, coppermat and seaweed.
